My Watch Broke – Can I Get Replacement Parts ?

Your watch is protected by a 1 year parts and function warranty that covers device defects.

This includes problems / breaking of the following…

  1. Band or Strap
  2. Watch Face
  3. Faulty Battery
  4. Unresponsive Device.

The warranty does not cover a cracked or damaged watch face that was the fault of the user.

If you have a problem with the watch and need a replacement unit or part, please contact our support desk located here.
