You may find that your watch did not sync the latest readings or data to your phone. This usually is the result of an interruption in the BlueTooth connection but is easy to fix.
- Go to the DEVICE section on the phone app by tapping the DEVICE icon button at the bottom of the screen.
- In this screen, touch the SYNC DATA heading. This will start a data transfer of any readings not already transferred to your phone.
This process will take only a few seconds and all data will transfer over as long as the watch is connected successfully by BlueTooth.
